Running in Foot Deep Powder Snow at -1F

This morning I went for a 5 mile run at -1F. That's one below zero in words. It wasn't too bad. Especially considering I've been inside on the treadmill for the past couple months rehabbing an injury I sustained setting a downhill PR on Mount Royal in Frisco CO.

It was great running in foot deep powder. We've had some good snow the last few days. That's part of living in a ski resort - you have to love snow.

Here's a link with a video on Vimeo I put together from the run this morning showing my first track joy of running.
